A rough day at the Turchin household…until I saw this a few moments ago.

Holy cow, people–my entry to a wedding photo contest has been named as a finalist!  And I’ve never even officially shot a wedding yet!

Just between you and me, my money is on Katie Torres’s image to win…but I sure am excited to be in the top four!  And dreaming about a new pair of Nikes (the prize) is always fun.
